1 - You do not receive an activation email
It could occur you have logged in by indicating the user type and your email but have not received an activation email with the link to finish the registration process.
If you have registered but cannot find the email or have not received it you can enter your email address below. It will then be checked whether a new account is ready for this email address and you then receive the link to finish the registration process

2 - You cannot log in: You have registered but not (yet) completed the registratiob process
It could occur you have logged in by indicating the user type and your email but have not completed the registration process.
The registration process is in 2 steps. At step 1 you register by indicating a user type, a user name and your desired password and email address. You then receive
an activation email with a registration link to complete the registration process. You also need to enter a few additional details like personal details etc. ONLY AFTERWARDS you can log in with your user name and password
Check first whether you have completed that step and if not, find the email with the link and complete this step. The subject of the email is: Refgistration at xxxx

3 - The registration mail was placed in the undesired messages folder / spam folder
It is possible that your client email (outlook, thunderbird a.o.) or online email system (gmail, hotmail a.o.) placed the mail with the link to complete the registration process in the spam folder. In that case you can check the folder for the relevant registration mail and mark the sender as KNOWN to ensure future mails are no longer placed in the spam folder. You will find a few screen shots below to help you finding the undesired messages / spam folder in commonly used email programmes. The name
of the folder can differ depending on the used email programme and language. Synonyms are spam folder, undesired message folder, junk, junk mail, unwanted mail a.o.

4 - You made a typing error in the indicated email address
You could have made a typing error in the registration form which means the email address is incorrect and that is the reason you have not yet received your activation email. This occurs more often than you think, as a wrong letter or missing point is enough. If you are sure you have not received the mail and it has not been placed in the undesired messages folder / spam folder you can try going through the registration process again. If you do not get a message indicating the account already exists with that email address, you probably made a typing error in your earlier attempt and the chance is high you will receive an activation email this time
5 - There are problems with your email provider
In some cases your email provider (like gmail, hotmail, kpn or others) could block the email in some way.
In that case you will not see the email in your mailbox. Although this should not happen in principle you can try registering with another email address, if you used example@gmail.com for example , you could use example@hotmail.com as an alternative. Gmail is possibly blocking the mail and hotmail is not.
If you succeed in registering via an alternative email address the above description seems applicable. But now you can get started with your account. Should that situation occur please report it to ".SPORT_LEAD_EMAIL_INFO.". We will then investigate what the possible problem is
6 - You cannot complete the registration process, despite the described solutions?
